This is actually Primitive’s second time doing a Tupac collaboration, but the gear looks just as solid this time around. The collection features a variety of decks and apparel items, including graphic tees, hoodies, hats and more, all stamped with classic Tupac photos and quotes. Primitive fans and Tupac fans alike should be pretty stoked on this one.

Real Shares Chima Ferguson’s Heavy Battle for Last Clip in ‚Roll Call‘

REAL recently dropped a new team montage dedicated to the one and only, James Hardy that hit super hard. The whole squad came through for James and it was simply just a solid representation of this always-epic squad.

If you saw it, you know that Chima Ferguson closed the curtains with a hefty switch heel down a four-block and REAL hopped on the Gram to share the battle behind the clip. Check it out:

Clips like this certainly take dedication, and even though Chima has hit us with plenty of mind-melting tricks through the years, it’s always interesting to get a behind-the-scenes look at the process. All the greatest wins in life tend to take the most out of us. And this was certainly an admirable battle.

If you haven’t seen ‚Roll Call‘ just tap the post above. From start to finish, the entire team—Ishod Wair, Nicole Hause, Dennis Busenitz, Jimmy Wilkins, Toby Ryan, Chima Ferguson, Mason Silva, Patrick Praman, Kyle Walker, Christian Henry, Harry Lintell, Zion Wright, Hermann Stene, Hayley Wilson, and Gage Boyle—provided.

And to do it for James was just the icing on the cake. RIP Hardy. We all miss you.

Paul Rodriguez Shares ‘Back on Board’ Clips Post-Injury

P-Rod is back on his board and already clipping up after recovering from a few recent injuries following the X Games (and, well, a trip to Disneyland—you’ll see). Regardless, Paul has been steadily getting back into the groove, and as always, documenting the process for us all to enjoy. Take a look:

„I got a heel bruise at X games and pulled my hamstring trying to race my friend Vic at Disneyland,“ Paul wrote in the YouTube description. „These two sessions were super fun getting back in the groove at April skate park.“

Now, I’m not laughing at him—fully with him—but the fact that he pulled his hamstring racing his friend at Disneyland is sort of comical, in an ironic sort of way. Hey, the veteran pro has had his fair share of injuries and setbacks over the years from skateboarding (and always comes back stronger than ever), but it’s the last thing you’d expect during a trip to The Happiest Place on Earth.

It’s clear that the time off his board isn’t about to slow Mr. Rod down one bit. He’s getting his rhythm and confidence back. These things take time! At any rate, some styles are truly timeless. Paul will always be graceful and dialed as far as I’m concerned.

Setbacks? Nah! Give him a reason to push through and be resilient, and hey, he surely will. Love to see it, Paul! Maybe next time you race your buddy, though, just stretch a bit first? Keep the clips coming either way. And heal up soon!

Frankie Hill reviews his groundbreaking Powell-Peralta „Propaganda“ video part

Back in 1990, Powell-Peralta was churning out videos with a cast of then-unknown rippers. In Propaganda, a young man by the name of Frankie Hill out of Santa Barbara smacked the skateboarding world across the face with his fearless gaps, handrail skating, and those mute grabs.

Here, in glorious pause-every-trick detail, Frankie Hill goes back over all those epic clips. The part still stands up! Salute, Frankie!
