Look: Exclusive Lance Mountain Signed Independent Box Sets Coming to Skate Shops
Lance Mountain recently stopped by the NHS warehouse to personally print and sign his exclusive limited edition Indy box sets that are about to hit a few select skate shops across the country. Check the clip and learn more about these super limited boxes below:
They’re only making 149 sets—each featuring Lance’s custom truck specs: a front truck 149 Hollow Standard and a back truck 149 Hollow with Indy’s Patented Design Inverted Kingpin. The cherry on top? Each set includes a hand-signed postcard from Lance and a Doughboy plush toy. Boom!
I just have to say—of course Lance skates his trucks like this! When you’ve been doing the damn thing as long as this legend, you’re going to do your fair share of experimenting. Lance is a total skate nerd and I could watch him puttering around all day. Regardless, this is a super sick idea and the fact that they’re this limited really adds a little extra hype. Shoot, I want one!
All you can do is roll to your local shop and ask if they have them! 149 sets is not a lot, though. And these certainly won’t last long. That said, I love that Indy is doing it this way. These boxes are genuine collector’s items and if you do happen to get your hands on one, it’ll be like striking gold. The DIY spirit is alive and well with this project.
